String Quartet $380 first hour; $240 each additional hour

String Trio $300 first hour; $180 each additional hour

String Duo $220 first hour; $120 each additional hour

Transport costs:

• No costs within Wellington CBD

• For Wellington suburbs, a $10 petrol charge will be added to the total.

• Outer Wellington region including Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt and Kaitoke, a $30 petrol charge will be added to total.

• For Martinborough and Kapiti a travelling cost of $60 for each player and $50 petrol charge will be added to total.

• For anywhere else in New Zealand a travelling cost of $30 p/h per player and a petrol charge or flight/ferry tickets will be added to total.

Musical Combinations

String Quartet (2 violins, viola, cello)
String trio (2 violins, cello)
Solo (any of the above instruments on their own)

• A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

• A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations when less than 24hours notice is given.

• Our minimum fee is one hour. Any quarter hours will be rounded up to the half hour.

• A late fee of 10% of the total amount will be incurred if payment is not received within 7 days of the completion of the gig and every 7 days following until payment is received.

• Please let me know if payment is not possible within 7 days on completion of the gig before the contract is signed and we can make other arrangements.

• We have a flat rate of $30 if you would like us to visit the venue prior to the arranged event.

• If you request specific music that we do not have in our repertoire we will charge you for the price of the music if we have to purchase it or $20 p/h if we have to arrange it.
