| The performer/s are required to
provide their own music and music stands where necessary.
The organisation must provide chairs without arms for each
performer.
Any further requirements will be discussed between the performers
and the organisation.
Performers will arrive 15 mins before the time stated on the
contract to allow time to set up.
Performers are entitled to a minimum of 15 minutes break in
a two hour period.
For engagements with a duration of one hour or more, light
refreshments are to be provided by the organisation. (Please
let your caterer know.)
There is an administration fee of $60 for each event organised.
All prices include transport costs within the Wellington CBD.
There are transport costs involved for jobs outside Wellington
CBD.
If the performers are required to play outside, please arrange
some form of shade or cover so their musical instruments do not get damaged
by the sun or rain.
If details have been changed a new contract has to be signed/agreed
with all changed details.
A 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations
when less than 24 hours notice is given.
Our minimum fee is one hour. Any quarter hours will
be rounded up to the half hour.
A late fee of 10% of the total amount will be incurred
if payment is not received within 7 days of the completion of
the gig and every 7 days following until payment is received.
Please let me know if payment is not possible within
7 days on completion of the gig before the contract is signed
and we can make other arrangements.
We have a flat rate of $30 if you would like us to
visit the venue prior to the arranged event.
We have a flat rate of $30 per hour per player (minimum
fee 1 hour) for waiting time between events (i.e. ceremony and
reception). There will be a travel cost also if there is traveling
between events.
If you request specific music that we do not have in
our repertoire we will charge you for the price of the music
if we have to purchase it or $20 p/h if we have to arrange it. |
